Jewellery Box is an online jewellery retailer based in South London and we have build it's e-commerce portal. In today's modern era everyone wants good services at their door step and E- commerce is the easiest way to reach customer. One of our clients Alex came up with the idea to create Jewellery box E-comerce retail store and shared his ideas with Late Mr. Raj and other members who moulded his ideas into a good E-commerce business. Alex found a right technology partner and took the first step towards his dream project of Ecommerce site. Viithiisys put its all efforts and hardwork to make this portal a great success.

Challenge

Alex was pleased with services and he had another requirement for the "Marketplace Integration". It was already implemented in Ofbiz. Some new technologies were used to deploy his ideas . Some of the other challenges that we overcame later were Banner Manager,Royal Mail integration regarding shipment and payment gateway.

Solution

At early stages we were not able to use the portal according to Alex's requirement, then we used our own API's for Marketing Integration and it was successful. He was impressed by the growth that his business got rapidly. Earlier we used Sagepay and Paypal which was in ofbiz, but we were asked to integrate the braintree payment gateway which is a full-stack payment platform and now till date it is being used. Now it is easy to accept payments in website either through a desktop or mobile. Jewellery box was launched in June 2014 and became a powefull online jewellery retail store, sending upto 10,000 of orders a week to customers. The portal now has thousands of clients and even more users.
