To overcome the issues of dynamic reports and charts we had to use Angular Schema Form. It is a powerful tool to generate dynamic HTML Forms and content from direct JSON. The other important thing was to track live moving vehicle for which we used Leaflet.js . It was a Javascript tool to generate customized map and use it as per our requirement. We used this to show live moving vehicles and all the related information like speed of the vehicle and driver details.

To overcome infrastructure issues we took a look at our existing hardware and network connections. Better to evaluate infrastructure first, then tie in a VoIP system, rather than trying to "shoehorn" VoIP protocols into a system that doesn't offer the right support. So we used kazoo to setup the new infrastructure and switched all the clients to the new setup. After this migration the system had become more stable and highly available.
